#17...ELM Productivity Tools
I really like the ELM databases. I have showed students and parents this database when they are doing research for papers for school. They are amazed as to what is available. My favorite are the Proquest Newsstand, Info Trac Junior, Info Trac Student and the full text magazine articles. I did attend an ELM workshop that was held in our system in the fall of 2006. I tried to create the "Childrens Health" feed by changing the URL, but could not get it to work?? I think I followed the new information, but to no avail. I do like the ELM databases and will encourage patrons to use it. We do have the ELM handouts at each computer station, but still need to one-on-one show them how it works.
